Maria Beach Front Villa is located in Afantou. Villa offers a dreamy private swimming pool and an unheated Jacuzzi as well as a children’s swimming pool. Also, it’s beachfront, providing a sensational and uninterrupted views to the endless Aegean Sea. Guests will find the beach in only a few steps, to admire from up close the emerald waters of Rhodes. Maria Beach Front Villa has 4 comfy bedrooms, 2 double-bedded and two of them have bunkers. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 wc. There is a quite modern fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation. Also, there is a cozy spacious sitting area as well as a comfortable living room with a screen TV. The combination of the colors, white and green tones, fit perfectly with the exceptional window view of the sea and the pool. There’s a free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as all the necessary amenities.

The villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and screen TVs with satellite channels along with a DVD player. Other amenities are the unheated Jacuzzi, the children’s swimming pool, safety box, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed.

Of course, the beach is only some steps away where you can enjoy your holidays to the fullest. The villa has private access to the beach as well as a dock.

Check-in time is 4pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

Maria Beach Front Villa is right in front of the crystal clear waters of the beach and has the best setting for relaxed and pleasant holidays in a convenient location. Guests will find everything they need in the area of Afantou in a short distance such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. The airport is found about half an hour drive away. Guests shouldn’t miss visiting Anthony Quinn Beach with its breathtaking landscape, which is found in the short distance of only a 10 minute drive. Also, you should consider visiting Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 30 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches.
